So sorry to hear of the passing of my friend Rev. McNeil. We all will miss that big smile and that wonderful singing voice. I had the pleasure of singing with my friend at many SOUTHWEST board meetings. Through all the years of his ministry in the Southwest district, he was always the same gentleman and Man of God i met years ago.
