Wade Perkins

Our beloved husband and father passed away unexpectedly January 5, 2025.
Wade was born February 7, 1960, to Billy and Paula Perkins in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Wade married Janet Jordt August 11, 1983, where they soon after had their daughter Secret Perkins. Wade gained a bonus son Jason Landgrebe. They later divorced. Wade married Karolyne Sutton October 17, 2003, gaining a bonus daughter Jennifer Sutton.
He worked for Cargill Salt for 41 years, retiring in 2022. His greatest accomplishments were being a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was known as papa to two little girls that adored him, Juniper and Tilly.
He loved spending his time with his four rescue dogs, Neako, Junebug, Maddie, and Onyx. He spent countless hours volunteering for non-profit organizations to help animals and people in need.
Wade was preceded in death by his parents, step-son Jason Landgrebe, father-in-law Bill Beaver, sisters-in-law Sherri and Michelle, and brother-in-law Ron.
Wade is survived by his wife Karolyne Perkins, his daughters Secret Perkins and Jennifer Sutton, daughter-in-law Kristina Glines, grandson Junior Smith, mother-in-law Emily Barrus, and his sister and brothers Thelma Snyder, Gary (Barbra), Robert (Rhonda), Danny (Utahna), David (Laurie), Carl (Sharol) Kent, and Lyle (Kami).
A graveside service will be held in his honor on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 11:00am at the Tooele City Cemetery 361 South 100 East, Tooele.
After there will be a luncheon at the Parks and Rec building 255 South 100 East on the second floor from 11:30-2:00pm.
