Waite Dykes Obituary
He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Hoyt Dykes. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Dykes and his children, Catherine Wilson, Julie Dykes and Dylan Dykes.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 19, 2025 beginning at 12:00 noon followed by a celebration of his life at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.

Prayers for Waite´s family. He was my best friend and next door neighbor on Briarwood Drive when we were living there. He was smart and sentimental as well, I loved my buddy much.

I am so sorry to hear about Waite. He and I were quite close growing up. I spent many nights at his house, I still remember having breakfast at their small dining nook off the kitchen. He lived on Briarwood Drive within easy walking distance of Randolph school. That´s where I met him.
We would frequently go hiking in the (at the time) undeveloped area uphill from his house, I think it is now "Pill Hill".
He was always so open and friendly. Such a kind person.
Please give my best to his family members, I know he will be missed by many.
