Waldo and I both grew up in New Orleans and were high school classmates and lifelong friends. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. He and Rudy are leading a second line in heaven.

Waldo was a special guy and I was lucky to have worked with him closely at various times over his career. He’s the kind of colleague u wanted your work to make him proud. Having his respect made me just wanna do more. He made a big difference at PG in many ways. We’ve lost a special guy. RIP.

Waldo and I met early in my career and he shaped my skills with his wisdom and perspective ... and patience. It had been some time since we had seen each other and I was in a terrible assignment. He saw me, stopped what he was doing and invited me to sit down and tell him what was going on. I'm forever grateful for him reaching out and helping me navigate through the situation. I wish his family and friends peace and strength. He's one of my favorite P&Gers.

I will always remember Waldo's smile when we worked together at P&G. He provides a safe space to vent as he listened and offered words of wisdom. He was a fearless and effective champion of diversity and inclusion at P&G. He helped establish the African American Leadership Network and was an advocated for the GABLE affinity support group.

And he loved his family, particularly his grands. Loved seeing him surrounded by family during Sunday Mass at St. Agnes.
