Wallace is survived by his wife of 61 years, Shelby; his loving sons: Phillip "Phil" (Robin) and Robert "Bob" (Cynthia); his grandchildren: Laura (Alex), Kyle, Alex, and Jonathan; siblings: Bobbie Waldrop of Wilsonville and Larry Blackerby of Ozark.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Lawson and Emma Blackerby; siblings: Margie, Frank, Harold, Joyce, and Marie and his granddaughter, Faith.
