Wallace W. "Chip" Kagan

I will remember Chip as the silent presence. He came to our noisy family get-togethers and hardly said a word. He was the silent observer, sitting in the chair with Toby curled up in his lap. When a dog chooses you, you know you are OK! I remember visiting you at Christmas in New Jersey, walking in the door and there before me was a beautiful display of maroon and silver ribbon, pine boughs and silver globes lining the whole length of the wall, Chip's creation. You both shared that creative talent, you both loved to go all out decorating for the holidays. Chip's spirit will live on with each Halloween and Christmas forever!
