Walter G. "Walt" Altman Jr.

Walt always had a huge presence at work. There was not a person I know of that walked away after speaking with Walt that didn't have a smile on their face. I haven't known Walt for the longest time, but in the past roughly 3 years I've known him, we have shared countless fun conversations ranging from science, to philosophy, and everything in between. His laugh after hearing jokes will stick with me for years to come. Thank you for all of the memories, Walt, for helping all of the time, and above all, thank you for being an amazing friend.

Walt's kindness and hilarious nature will be dearly missed. It is with a joyful heart that I keep him in my memory, especially knowing that even in loss, he still helped someone continue to live on. He was a wonderful man and a great coworker. My heart goes out to all who has the honour and pleasure of knowing him.
