Susan and family,.........our thoughts and prayers are with you. Although I didn't know him, our daughter Shannon thought so much of him, in his kindness towards her as a friend of Sarah and Danielle......I know you have great memories, and that's what we live on as our parents lives come to an end on earth, but stay alive in your hearts...

Cameron and Susan,
My thoughts are with you as you inevitably replay many of the moments of your dad's interactions with you. I hope those memories at least begin to give you a measure of comfort. I hope all is well with you.

On behalf of everyone at Pine Point School, we offer our condolences to the extended Hay family, but in particular to Walter and Susan. In reading his obituary, one is struck by a number of things. One aspect of his life that stands out is his service at the Underwater Sound Laboratory from 1956 to 1985! What also stands out is his love of life and those passions that give our lives meaning-family, traveling, photography, and life on the water. As you go through this holiday season, we hope you are flooded with memories of the many happy days you shared together.
