I am sad to hear of Walter's passing. I was in band with him at OHS. He was very talented at playing the saxophone and he was liked by all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I was in band with Walter. Like someone said all the girls had a crush on him! He was so kind and I loved band trips with him. My condolences to the family.

I played saxophone in the OHS band with Walter. I was always in awe of his musical skill even though he said he didn't practice. All the girls in band including me had a little crush on him. I didn't keep in touch with Walter after high school but it sounds like he was a great guy, husband, father and grandfather. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.

I was a Sophomore Saxophone player at OHS his senior year. Closest I ever got was 4th chair. I was always in awe of him - to me he was the coolest guy. I´m so happy to know he had such a wonderful, rewarding life after graduating. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. My prayers are with you.
