Obituary of Walter Thomas Hudson
Walter Thomas Hudson, 61,of Holiday passed away unexpectedly May 1st, 2023. He was a friend, employee, father, uncle,son, teammate, brother and mentor - he did it with his whole heart. He grew up in Columbus, Ohio, for 16 years. His mother is Norma Jean Pitchford and father is William Ivan Hudson. He also has three sisters, Juanita (Nita) Adkins, Deborah Mishler, and Pattie Hosettler.
Walter married Tammy Henrickson for 15 years, then remained best friends for the next 13 years. They had a special connection. They traveled the world, speaking on stage to spread inspiration for people for years. They created a business called "living in the solution", which they starting from nothing. This became one of his greatest accomplishments and he was well respected for it.
Tammy & Thomas got married and had two daughters Taylor (29) and Julieane Hudson (27).During his free time he would play foosball where he found a home. He enjoyed gardening, nurturing his pets, alanon meetings, art and the beach. His occupation was in sales for Time Shares. Above all else what mattered most is being a better person than the day he was before, and making a difference in the world.
The gravity of love he showed I know will continue to fill us up. He left the world a better place.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 11th, 2023 at E. Reese Funeral Home from 2pm-4pm. A funeral service will take place at 4pm, and friends and family can gather until 6pm.
