My favorite memory of Walter Jackson is that we were first childhood friends
from the old Neighborhood called: "Reynolds Towns located off of Cameron
Avenue in East Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We played all types of sports
games, Etc. in that neighborhood because of all of "us" as kids were raised
by all of our neighbors, parents, and all others in that East Winston Community
because it was that a "COMMUNITY!" All of this happened even before we
became Classmates/Students at the neighborhood schools which ended
at Atkins Senior High School as the Class of 1968. All of us were real close
Like the "Boys in the Hood" movie minus some parts! We all left and move
on and graduated and began Life's Journey but I still have a "warm spot"
in remembering all of those good times that we had growing up in that
neighborhood that I still remember when I still travel through that Area!
It is a memory I shall never ever forget! Rest In Peace Walter Jackson,
God speed also! this is that: "! Shall Never Forget!" Class of 1968 Forever!
