Walt I will miss talking to you about the Eagles , my silly beagles , yard work and the neighborhood history. You always told Anita and I that we are not neighbors but family, you would always greet me with " Joe buddy how are you doing" that I will miss , but most of all Anita and I will just miss you. RIP my friend and one day when we do meet up you owe my a drive in you car , left or right footed . With all our love
