I'm saddened to hear of Walter's passing. He frequented my MoCo Vital Record Office to obtain death certificates for Danzansky FH. What a pleasant and jolly person. He always had some humerous thought/saying to leave you with. He would joke about clowning around. And he did it professionally to make others forget their troubles and laugh. Condolences to his life partner. Beryl McWilliams

I met Walter several times through his late wife, Adele Simon and his brother-in-law, Ralph Lubitz. All lovely, hard-working, kind people. My sincere condolences to the entire family

Walter was a gem. He loved people and never had a bad thing to say. One of his favorite endeavors in the shriners was as Weird Wally the clown. He could always been seen marching in parades, making balloons and doing magic tricks for children. Bump a Nose Wally.

My deepest condolences for your loss. I worked with Walter at the Adminstrative Office of the US Courts. He was a very considerate, dedicated, and hard working colleague. He often spoke of his beloved family.
