Wanda, thank you for being my very first friend at McArthur High when I transferred from an out of state school our junior year i did not realize on that day what a huge part of my high school journey you would become.
I experienced many 'firsts' as a result of our friendship. (Unfortunately I couldn't get my entire message to post because of how lengthy it was) It was you who introduced me to paddleball and ice skating I went to my first rock concert with you and Nick.
You were well-liked with many friends, and you were sweet and kind as well, but you were spunky too; you could certainly stand up for yourself, if necessary.
Wanda, I have always admired the poise with which you carried yourself. I attended yours and Larry's wedding and you attended mine as well. You did my hair that day and it looked awesome of course!!
I knew Jonathan and Crystal when they were toddlers and I know you loved them dearly. You will be so missed by so many people.

Wanda, thank you for being my first friend at McArthur High when I transferred from an out of state school our junior year i did not realize on that day what a huge part of my high school journey you would become.
I experienced many 'firsts' as a result of our friendship. For instance, you introduced me to paddleball. And who knew you could go ice skating in Florida?! You also took me to the beach for the first time, even though it was December and we got wind burn. You had tried to tell me that it was not a good day for the beach. But we went anyway because thats kind of friend you were. You were well-liked in school and outside of school.
You were sweet, kind and friendly but you were spunky as well; you could certainly stand up for yourself, if necessary.
And I have always admired the poise with which you carried yourself.
I remember yours and Larry's wedding. You attending mine as well. You did my hair that day and it looked awesome of course!!
I knew Jonathan and Crystal when they were toddlers and I know you loved them dearly. You will be missed by so many people. Rest in peace, Wanda

Wanda, thank you for being my very first friend at McArthur High when I transferred from an out of state school our junior year i did not realize on that day what a huge part of my high school journey you would become.
I experienced many 'firsts' as a result of our friendship. For instance, you showed me how to play paddleball And I had hoped to have the height and weight advantage, with you being only about 5' tall and weighing 90 pounds soaking wet, but that wasn't the case. We also went ice skatimg, something new for me
You were well-liked with many friends, and you were sweet and kind as well, but you were spunky too; you could certainly stand up for yourself, if necessary.
Wanda, I have always admired the poise with which you carried yourself; yet you were never snobbish towards anyone!
And, thanks to you, I experienced quite a few other 'firsts' in my life. I remember that I attended my first rock concert with you and Nick, ( I believe it was Nazareth) and many other shows after that
I remember attending yours and Larry's wedding and you attended mine. You did my hair that day and it looked awesome of course!!
I knew Jonathan and Crystal when they were toddlers and I know you loved them dearly. I hope that you know how many people are going to miss you!

Thank you, Wanda, for being my very first friend at McArthur High when I transferred from a school in Georgia. You worked in the guidance office and the GC suggested we go to lunch togeher and we have been friends ever since.
I remember when you showed me how to play paddleball. I thought I would have the height and weight advantage, you being about 5' and 90 pounds soaking wet, but that wasn't the case. You were well-liked with many friends, you were kind and sweet. But you could certainly take up for yourself if necessary. I always admired the way you carried yourself with an air of confidence, though never snobbish.
I attended yours and Larry's wedding and you attended mine as well. You did an awesome job on my hair and make-up that day.
Because of you, I experienced a few other 'firsts' in my life. We went ice skating, something new for me. And I attended my first rock concert with you and Nick, I believe it was Nazareth, and many more after that. I knew Jonathan and Crystal when they were very young, and I know you loved them dearly. Rest in peace, Wanda, I know you will be dearly missed by many.
To the family: I am living in South Carolina now so I'm sorry that I won't be at the memorial.
