Wanda Rose Loslo, 87, of
Bellaire, Ohio passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026 at Country Club Rehabilitation in
Bellaire, Ohio.
She was born August 6, 1938 in
Columbus Grove, Ohio a daughter of the late Hershel and Eunice (Sellars) Sexton.
A dedicated professional, Wanda Rose spent many years serving as a bookkeeper and secretary for United Electric in Wheeling, where her attention to detail and commitment to excellence left a lasting impression on her colleagues.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Wanda Rose was deeply involved in her community. She was an active member of the Insurance Ladies of Ohio and took great joy in her participation with the Red Hat Society. As Chair Person for the Child Guidance, she demonstrated her steadfast dedication to the well-being and guidance of young people.
Wanda Rose's personal interests brought her much joy and fulfillment. She had a passion for gardening, crafting, and shopping, often sharing her creative talents and love of beauty with those around her. Her vibrant spirit and generous heart touched everyone she met.
A woman of faith, Wanda Rose was a member of South Bellaire United Methodist in
Bellaire, Ohio, where she found comfort and community throughout her life.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Loslo; daughter, Amy Loslo; brother-in-law, Carl McBride; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Fulton; and nephew, Thomas J. Fulton.
She is survived by her children, Lynda (Brad) Kelley of
Bellaire, Ohio, Sarah Elizabeth Coss of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, J. Michael (Erin) Loslo III, of Midlothain, Virginia; grandchildren, Thomas M. Breeden, Kyle Shepherd, Tara M. Darrah Shepherd, Austin L. Shepherd, Jacob (Jonna) Shepherd, Tessa Loslo; great-grandson, Weston Breeden; sister, Arlene McBride; brother-in-law, Thomas L. Fulton; nieces, Carlene, Dianne, Dawn; many great nieces and nephews; and a host of close friends.
In keeping with Wanda Rose's wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements are entrusted to Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home 441 37th
Bellaire, Ohio.
Wanda Rose Loslo leaves behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and enthusiasm for life's simple pleasures. Her memory will be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
