Wanda Makowski Obituary
Wanda Ellen Makowski, age 70 of Sugar Tree, TN passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at St. Thomas West in Nashville, TN. She was born May 19, 1953 to the late Evan L. Miller and Verta Bedingfield Miller in Decatur County, TN. Mrs. Makowski was also preceded in death by her husband Melvin Makowski and one sister Jenny L. Miller. She was an R.N. at Perry County General Hospital and she attended Poplar Corner Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include:
Son: Jason (Shannon) Makowski of Sugar Tree, TN
Brother: Clinton E. Miller (Karen) of Nashville, TN
Sisters: Rebecca D. Willocks (Roger) of Nashville, TN
Lorena R. Cron (Joe) of Eagleville, TN
Grandchildren: Shyanna (Andrew) McFarland of Providence, RI
Dylan Schaefer of Martin, TN
Several nieces & nephews
Host of friends and relatives
Visitation with the Makowski family will be Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 3 PM until 9 PM and on Sunday July 2, 2023 from 11 AM until 2 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, July 2, 2023 at 2 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joey Weatherford officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
