Wanda Lee Rollins

Wanda Lee Rollins, age 91, of Tipp City, Ohio, passed away on December 20, 2025. She was born on March 16, 1934, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to the late Lacey and Goldie Woods.

Wanda was a devoted mother, grandmother, and wife. Known fondly as "Nanny," she found joy in the simple, meaningful routines of everyday life. She took great pride in her home and family and was known for her strong work ethic and caring nature. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and keeping a well-ordered home, finding purpose and satisfaction in caring for those around her.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Belinda and Ted Ruff; granddaughter, Ashley; great-grandson, Caden; brother, Tom Woods; and sister-in-law, Cheryl Woods, of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Rollins; her parents, Lacey and Goldie Woods; and her siblings, Jim, Bob, and Vivian.

Visitation will be held on Saturday December 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at FRINGS AND BAYLIFF FUNERAL HOME, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, Ohio 45371, with a brief funeral service beginning at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery.

Wanda L. Rollins will be remembered with respect and affection by her family and all who knew her.
