Wanda Thompson Green Obituary
Wanda Ann Thompson Green was born May 17, 1946, San Angelo, TX, Tom Green County where she attended Blackshear Junior High School until 1962 and graduated from San Angelo Central High School May 1966. She resided in San Angelo TX where she was an Educational Aide III for the San Angelo Independent School District for 25 years at Carver Head start and Edison Junior High and lived out most of her life in San Angelo, TX.
Wanda Ann Thompson Green was preceded in death by her mother, Zelma Lee Bridges Scruggs, grandparents, Leona & TV Bridges, two brothers, Harold Jr & Larry Bridges, sister, Linda Thompson, and granddaughter, Charity Noelle Green. Mrs. Green was a member of the St Paul Baptist Church in San Angelo, TX, where Pastor Sankirk G. Bailey was her pastor.
Those left to celebrate her legacy include her husband, Rev. Henry Clay Green Sr. San Angelo TX, son, Henry Clay Green Jr. and wife Karen Green of Humble TX, daughter, Bridgette Green Baines and husband, Duane L Baines of San Angelo, TX.; 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and host of relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank St. Gabriel's Hospice and San Angelo Nursing and Rehab for the care provided during mom's transition and passing.
