Warren Jones, fondly known as "Papa" passed away on November 14, 2025, in Long Beach, Mississippi, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 4, 1944, in Summerville, New Jersey. Warren lived a life filled with warmth and joy, making a lasting impact on everyone he encountered.

Warren moved to Savannah, Georgia, early in life and later relocated to Long Beach in 1974 to be closer to his family. For 25 years, he ran the Snack Truck on the Sea Bees Base, where he became a familiar face and friend to many. His outgoing and friendly personality drew people in, and he cherished every interaction.

Beyond his work, Warren had a passion for sharing the gospel, a commitment that shone through his involvement with Northwood Church in Long Beach. He looked forward to his Saturday mornings at Ward’s, where he shared breakfast with a close-knit group of friends. An avid runner, he delighted in the serene beauty of the beach, running his 12 miles along the Coast.

He is survived by his beloved grandchildren: Hillary Foucha (Paul), John Eck (McKensie), and Devin Eck (Renae), along with numerous great-grandchildren who will carry his spirit forward.

Warren was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Maggie Jones, and his daughter, Dea Rene Burns.

He will be remembered for his friendly nature, his love of life, and his deep faith. Friends and family are invited to honor his memory during the visitation on November 20, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Riemann Family Funeral Home in Long Beach, followed by a funeral service starting at 2:00 PM with Pastors Howard Beam and Micah Butterfield officiating.  Warren will be laid to rest in Long Beach City Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
