Wayland was a faithful member of the Shepherd Bible Study Class at River Road Church and was one of the first to arrive on Sundays. He enjoyed his coffee and the conversation. Always frank, he told it like it was. I will miss him!

Deepest condolences. During my relatively short acquaintance with Dr. Andrews, I had the pleasure of enjoying his unique sense of humor, his memorable anecdotes and the myriad stories of his experiences in WW2. I remember him fondly and it was a blessing to have known him.
