saw wayne many times on the sixties touring shows...also saw him in the sixties on a bill with del shannon/hermans hermits.......he always gave his all and in later years he was such a funny guy......god bless you wayne...the angels will be having a giggle.

Even though still a fairly big star in the middle 70s he had no problem going for a pint and a game of darts with a young kid that was going out with one of his wifes younger sisters. A genuine nice guy with a great voice

Wayne and Eric walked myself and my friend home, he had a radio to his ear wanting to know if his first record had hit the charts, whenever we met he always asked when we were having a party at my parents' house which was quite large. Wished we had kept in touch, did he ever buy the Blue Dodge?
