Wayne Thomas Herrick

Wayne Thomas Herrick passed away April 20, 2025, at the age of 62.
He was born in Tucson, AZ and moved to the Valley after he met his
Husband Marc in 1992. He went on to spend the rest of his time as a
resident of the Valley for more than half his life.
Wayne was a gentle soul with so much Love, kindness, and compassion for
those he loved. His eyes and beautiful smile brought light into any dark
room he entered. He enjoyed traveling, going to the movies, music of all
genres, history, science, electronic games, spending time with the kitties,
Nabisco and Quaker and just relaxing at home watching television.
Wayne worked as a Training Specialist for CableOne where he spent over 20
years training hundreds of new employees.
Preceded in joining Our Father: Mother & Father, Robert & Pauline Herrick.
Survived by: Brother – Paul Herrick, Sisters – Carol Benight, Julie Estes and
Anne Herrick, and survived by Nieces – Bina and Holly, Nephews – Cole and
Shane.
A Private Celebration of Life will be held at Samaritan Funeral in Phoenix, AZ.
on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 9:30 to 11:30.
