Wayne Jonelunas

Wayne Jonelunas, 75, of Pasadena, TX, passed away on July 27, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.
Wayne was born on October 17, 1949. On July 8, 1978, he married the love of his life, Maureen, and together they recently celebrated 47 years of marriage. Wayne was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose quiet strength and constant support meant everything to those who knew and loved him.
Wayne, a graduate of Franklin High School in Somerset, New Jersey, is preceded in death by his father Samuel Jonelunas, his sister Jo Ann Krauzer, and his mother Dora Calvo.
He is survived by his wife Maureen; his children: Christine Pazur and her husband Robert, Colleen Chisham and her husband Brandon, Samantha Bragg and her husband Matthew, and Wayne Jonelunas Jr.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was deeply proud of his family, and nothing brought him more joy than being surrounded by them.
Wayne was a loyal Houston Astros fan and rarely missed a game. Though he didn't have many hobbies, he found joy in the simple routines of life and the comfort of home. His steady love and sense of humor will be deeply missed.
A Memorial Service will be held on August 1, 2025 at Crowder Funeral Home 111 E. Medical Center Blvd., in Webster, TX from 2pm – 4pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
