Lyman, SC Oscar Wayne Revels Oscar Wayne Revels, 73, of 34 Pittman Road, Lyman, SC, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at Pelham Medical Center in Greer. Wayne was born in Spartanburg, SC on July 25, 1944, a son of the late Joe Oscar and Eva Josephine (Johnson) Revels. He was the husband of Sandra Jonette (Diehl) Revels, retired from Jack Heckman Tube Company and Boiler Tube of America. He was a member of Lyman United Methodist Church . In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters, Cindy D Seagle, of Duncan; Patricia D Grooms, of Inman; a son,Scott E Revels (Rita), of Rock Hill; a step daughter, Lisa Hudgens, of Spartanburg, a sister, Brenda Calvert (George), of Wellford; seven grandchildren, Casey McCall, David Seagle, Will Seagle, Eva Kimbrell, Amelia Gutierrez, Terri Reynolds and Taylor Hudgens, seven great grandchildren, Leo McCall, Cowan McCall, Devin Gutierrez, Isabella Gutierrez, Colton Reynolds, Peyton Reynolds and Oliver Hammett. He was predeceased by a brother Joe Dean Revels. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Monday January 29, 2018 from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
