Wayne Sinclair Obituary
He was born on August 5, 1937, in Pittsfield, Maine, the youngest of 9 children born to the late Elwood and Nesta (Turner) Sinclair Sr.
Wayne graduated from MCI in 1955 and worked several years at Walpole Woodworkers. He started at Sinclairs Crane Service in 1960 and retired in 1995 from the local #4 Union in Boston, MA. He also had a lawn business with his grandson, Dustin, for quite a few years.
Wayne enjoyed snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, mowing, and working with wood. His greatest joy was his family, his friends, and the special group of people at Morrill Pond.
He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Clivia Sinclair of Pittsfield; son, Steve Sinclair of Hartland; daughter, Carol Sinclair of Pittsfield; grandson, Dustin Sinclair and wife Shannon of Hartland; great-granddaughter, Melody; a very special friend of the family who was just like a son, Buddy Mayhew; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Phyllis Humphrey; and brothers: Herchel, Merle, Linwood, Glendon, Merlon, Elwood Jr., and Laurice.
A private family committal will take place at a later date.
