Wendell White Obituary
He was born February 22, 1960, in Guilford County, a son to the late Charles W. and Patricia Ann Sellers White. As a resident of this area all his life, he graduated from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro and later worked in the trucking industry. He also was an active member of Planet Fitness and enjoyed seeing his friends there on a regular basis. In 1994, he married the former Melinda Jones, who preceded him in death in 2021. In addition to his wife and parents, he was also preceded in death by his niece, Holly Hutchinson.
Surviving is his sister, Carole Kepley of Sophia; and two nieces, Heather Kepley and Tabatha Kepley Brown (Cody), both of Sophia.
A memorial service will be held on a later date. Memorials may be directed to Randolph SPCA at 300 W. Bailey St. Asheboro, NC 27203. Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale is assisting the family. Condolences may be made through www.cumbyfuneral.com.
