Wendy Cuffs Obituary
Wendy L. Cuffs, 74, of Howell Township passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 6, 2025 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Wendy was born in Newark and raised in Matawan. She moved to Howell Township in 1975. Wendy worked in the cafeteria at Marlboro High School for the Freehold Regional School District for many years, retiring in the early 2000's. She had a special place in her heart for her dogs throughout the years, but her love was always for her family. Family meant everything to her and she cherished her role as "Grandma".
Wendy is survived by her husband of fifty years, Jeffrey F. Cuffs; two children, Wendy L. Cuffs-Lake and her husband, Robert and Jeffrey Cuffs and his wife, Lindsey; three grandchildren, Robert, Aryanna, and Sidney; a brother, William Born and his wife, Rosemarie; her niece, Olivia Born; and her faithful canine companion, Sage.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside service on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM in Holmdel Cemetery & Mausoleum, 900 Holmdel Road, Holmdel. Arrangements by Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Wendy's name may be made to the Monmouth County SPCA, 260 Wall Street, Eatontown, NJ 07724.
