Wendy Kay Viebrock Wosepka, Age 73, of Rice Lake, WI, died Tuesday, August 1, 2023 in Rice Lake surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on December 1, 1949 in Rice Lake to Darwin and Elaine (Scheurer) Wosepka. Wendy graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1968. She was married to Bruce Viebrock in June 1970 in Amery, WI. They later were divorced but they were always together and had a great friendship. Wendy was a flagger for many years working with Hoffman Construction and loved it. She also had other various jobs during her life.
Wendy was a very loving, caring person and her personality always had you laughing. She had a great talent and love for making crafts, decorating, along with going to the beach and laying out in the sun. Music, dancing, and the love she had for her dog were also huge part of her life. Wendy loved fashion along with making sure her hair and makeup were just right.
Although she left a huge hole in our hearts, she is no longer suffering and has left us with a lifetime of memories.
She is survived by her 3 children, Travis Viebrock (Robin Genovese), Nicky Repka (Aaron Pisa) and Jackie Viebrock (Missy Cook); 3 grandchildren, Travis, Tyler and Hailey; 2 great grandchildren, Kaylin and Brayden; a brother, Robin Wosepka; 2 nieces and 2 nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Jenny Taylor Wosepka; and a nephew, Joel Wosepka.
Private graveside services will be held at the National Bohemian Cemetery in Haugen, WI. Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake is assisting the family with the arrangements.
