Wendy Osborn, 60, of Muldrow, died on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, in Fort Smith, Ark. She was born on Jan. 30, 1965, in Las Vegas to Joseph Osborn and Joyce (Dean) Osborn.
No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
She was a housekeeper.
Survivors include one son, Wayne Teague of Muldrow; two sisters, Debra Litchford and Brenda Smith both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Johnny Osborn of Henderson, Nev., and Rusty Osborn of Mesquite, Nev.; one grandchild; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Carrie Teague; and three sisters, Sarah, Becky and Terri.
