Wendy Astrid VanderPuil loving referred to as “Cookie” departed this life on November 16, 2024, she was born on Oct 14, 1960, to Gerardus & Beatrice VanderPuil in Denver, CO. Wendy spent her life with her partner Steve Crane.
She worked as an accountant for a local fitness center for most of her life. Wendy enjoyed spending time with her family & her loved ones in their family home. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles along watching her daytime soap opera, there was a good chance you would catch her playing card games on her cell phone.
She fought a long & hard battle with M.S., yet she continued to have a positive attitude & contagious smile. Wendy was always surrounded by love with a big family she is survived by her partner Steve Crane, her sisters Cynthia Krueger & Yvonne Molloy & brother-in-law Charles Molloy, along with her brother, Carl VanderPuil. Her daughter, son in law and grandchildren along with numerous nieces, nephews & great nieces & nephews whom she adored.
She is preceded in death by her parents Gerardus VanderPuil, Beatrice VanderPuil, her brothers Johnny VanderPuil (1991) Richard VanderPuil (2024) Her sisters Joyce VanderPuil (1951), Maria Anthony (2020) & Linda Teemer (2022) Her Nephews Lutheran Buckman (2000) & Jeffery VanderPuil (2019).
