Wendy Wagner Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Pfeffer Funeral Home & All Care Cremation Center - Manitowoc on Oct. 20, 2024.
Wendy S. Wagner, age 65, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers.
Wendy was born February 12, 1959 in Wausau, daughter of the late Melvin and Crystal (Schultz) Wagner.
Wendy worked at Wausau Coated Products as a lab tech for 19 years until she moved to Manitowoc. There she worked as a dietary aid at Felician Village Senior Living Community; she loved taking care of all of her clients, and some of her coworkers, too.
Wendy enjoyed traveling, and loved playing in any and every set of waves or body of water she could find. She had a heart for animals, and would befriend any critter she found, often providing refuge for any that needed a home. She had a magical green thumb, often turning her house into a jungle of potted plants.
Survivors include her son, Joshua Schultz, his wife Barbie Bunnell, her grandchildren Blake and Cheyenne Igl, her claimed daughter Kelly Rottler (Brian) and grandchildren Kayla, Aaryn, Josslynn, and Benjamin. She is also survived by two brothers, Mark Schultz of Schofield and Michael Schultz of Marshfield, a sister Raynee Betterman of Lexington, KY, as well as many cousins, whom she loved dearly.
Wendy was preceded in death by her parents Melvin & Crystal Wagner, grandparents Henry and Myrtle Schultz, uncles Gary and Carl, aunts Pat and Vivian, and cousins Priscilla and Ellyn.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Wausau ( 930 Edgewood Road)'.
