Wesley, a beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on January 29, 2026, at the age of 64. Wesley was born on March 1, 1961, in Hartsville, South Carolina. He dedicated much of his life to being a groundskeeper at a local golf course, a role that allowed him not only to cultivate the land but also to foster his deep passion for the game of golf. Wesley's enthusiasm for golf was evident, as he would hit the links with his golfing buddies twice a week, cherishing those moments both for the game itself and the camaraderie it brought.
Throughout his life, Wesley found joy in various pastimes beyond golf. He had a particular fondness for hunting and took pleasure in raising game chickens, pursuits that connected him with nature and allowed him to appreciate the simpler things in life. Above all, Wesley adored his family, who were at the center of his world.
Wesley's legacy is carried on by his loved ones. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Jessica Martin (Paul), of Hartsville; his son, David Hall, of Hartsville; and grandchildren, Samantha Hall, Justin Hall, and Katelyn Martin, all of Hartsville. He is also survived by his siblings: William Hall (Kathy) of Greenville, Janet Winburn (Johnny) of Hartsville, Eugene Hall (JoAnn) of Hartsville, Linda Faye Hall of Bennettsville, Gene Hall (Joyce) of Greenville, Tarryl Hall (Virginia) of Hartsville, Steve Hall (Lori) of McBee, Wayne Hall (LeeAnn) of Hartsville, and Teresa Dixon (Chris) of Hartsville.
Wesley was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lula Mae Hall; his parents, Troy and Elazaleen Watson Hall; and a sister, Shirley Ann Hall.
Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Friday, February 6, 2026 at Forest Hills Independent Baptist Church. Pastor Jim Murray will officiate, directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Hall Cemetery.
Norton Funeral Home and Crematory are honored to be of service to the Hall family.
