In the 70's, while living on Cobb's Bridge road, Wesley was my "best friend." Apart from immediate family, it's possible I made more memories with Wesley in his early childhood years than anyone else. I have so many memories, I could write a book with the following chapter titles: "Wesley crashes on shotty bicycle jump", "Wesley faceplants trying to do summersault on top of sawdust pile," "Wesley gets stuck upside down in pool trying to dive through tire tube," "Wesley shoots my brother in leg with BB gun," "Wesley hears the rumble of His dad's tire trucks from afar," "Wesley and his VW bug racecar," "Wesley and his matchbox cars," etc. I so cherished my friendship with Wesley. My deepest sympathies to his entire family.
Sincerely,
Peter Grenier

I will miss Wes, he was a good friend. I had the fortune to work with Wes for eight years at the State of Maine. From the moment I met Wes, I knew that I liked him. Although I mourn his passing, I know that we will see him again. On many occasions, Wes acknowledged that his life was in God's hands and that his future was in the nail scarred hands of Jesus, his savior. Wes was a good friend and will be missed until that day when we see him again in heaven.
