Wesley Paul Sanamo, 78, a native of Golden Meadow, La. and resident of Galliano, La. passed away on October 1, 2025.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano, La. from 8:00am until 10:30am. A Military Service will take place at 10:00am. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Galliano, La. with burial in the Church Cemetery.
Wesley is survived by his wife of 23 years Glenda Guidry Sanamo; sons, Jeremy Sanamo (Reuben), and Scott Sanamo (Celeste); grandchildren, Konner, Kylie, Elizabeth and Luke Sanamo; sister, Rose S. Gautreaux; Godchild, Lisa G. Plaisance, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Wesley was preceded in death by his parents, John, Sr. and Bernadette Sanamo; 1st wife, Sandra Plaisance Sanamo; brothers, John and Jerry Sanamo; sisters, Marie S. Dupont, Glorita S. Terrebonne, and Dolores S. Danos.
Wesley proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing his guitar, listening to music, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
