Wilbur Yoder Obituary
Mr. Yoder was born on September 11, 1949, in Kendallville, IN to Menno N. and Alice Irene (Beechy) Yoder.
Wilbur worked for Redman and Champion Homes for 49 years where he was a foreman.
On July 9, 2005, in LaGrange, IN, he married Cindy Ann Clifton; Mrs. Yoder survives in LaGrange.
Also surviving is his mother, Alice Irene Yoder of Shipshewana, IN; four daughters, Jaime (Sam) Soliman of Sterling, CO, Tracy (Luke) Peterson of Erie, CO, Kelly (Scott) Lehman of Leola, PA, and Brittany (Chad) Garlisi of Westminister, MA; stepchildren, Scott (Melissa) Wiese of LaGrange, IN, Shannon (fiancée, Gene Butterworth) Wiese of Wolcottville, IN; thirteen grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; five siblings, Elva (Leola) Yoder of Middlebury, IN, Marie (Glen) Kuhns of Middlebury, IN, Daniel Jay (Vera) Yoder of Goshen, IN, Dorothy (Ben) Yoder of Middlebury, IN, and Mervin Leroy (Anna) Yoder of Goshen, IN; and a sister-in-law, Wilma Yoder of Shipshewana, IN.
Preceding Wilbur in death was his father, Menno N. Yoder; and three siblings, Nora Ann Mullett, Dewayne Ray Yoder, and Mary Ruth Bontrager.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 8, 2024, from 4-7 pm at Frurip-May Funeral Home, 309 W. Michigan St., LaGrange, IN.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 11:00 am at Frurip-May Funeral Home with Bishop Chris Bontrager officiating.
Burial will take place privately at Greenwood Cemetery, LaGrange, IN.
