Wilfred Bradley Failor

Brad and I worked closely together on the 737NG. He as the Snr Manufacturing Eng. Electrical Manager and I as the Senior Electrical Design Eng. manager. What an incredible partner and leader. Everyone loved Brad! I recall when we did a fund raiser and washed cars. I got drenched and Brad gave me a tee shirt. Whenever I wear that shirt to this day, I have such fond memories of our time together. He was that guy that would literally and figuratively give you the shirt off his back. Until we meet again our friend.

Brad was a great boss...helped people doing extra mile. Helped when Camaro/corvette Brand Mgr came to town. Helped with a plant tour and drove his own vintage car. The GM mgr always remembers the tour and talks with me about tour when we visit him in Detroit. Nancy Holmes

I had the privilege of working for Brad at Boeing up in Everett on the 777 program bank in the 90´s. He was a fair and respectful manager and he took care of his people. He had a great sense of humor and was fun to work with. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Brad and I first worked together in the 1990's. I came to realize that he had the experience and intelligence to back up his "discussions " with higher levels of management. OK, bombastic, but correct. Passionate about his people and just as much about running a good business. Aside from our intertwined careers, we became fishing buddies; either in his boat or mine. Any type of fishing, any time. He just loved to get away and catch up, and enjoy nature's peace and solitude. I'd say half of the stories I heard were about his family and all their adventures together. He sure was living the life he loved with such a generous and caring heart deep down. The South Hill Santa I would call him. They just don't make 'em like him anymore and he'll certainly be missed by a whole lot of people. My most sincere condolences to his family
