Will Lewis Whipple passed away May 22nd 2025. Will was born October 16th 1974 to Lynne Davis Whipple and Jay Willard Whipple in Show Low AZ. Will grew up in Taylor AZ where he attended school, played football and met his eternal sweetheart Jody Flake. Will met Jody in Jr High and dated through high school. they were married May 21st 1994. They raised their four children in Taylor, and loved having their Grandchildren close by.
Will is survived by his wife Jody Flake Whipple and their children and grandchildren;
Lane & Jennifer Whipple, Lyla, Evelynn, Taylee, and Colter
Jessica & Cy Despain, Eliza and Raylan
Heather & Seth Despain, Rowan
Leah Whipple
His Siblings. Howdy (Joran) Whipple, Jayelyn (Craig) Galbasini, Kate (Richard) Tuey and Hank (Cindy) Whipple.
Will is preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Lynne Whipple.
Will is remembered for his dedication to his family, work, and church service. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, cowboying and he spent countless hours with his wife, kids and grandkids enjoying these activities. He will always be remembered for his fun, teasing demeanor. His love of others was expressed in service to his church, family and friends.
A Public Visitation will be held Friday May 30th, 2025 6-8pm at the Silver Creek Stake Center. Funeral services will be held Saturday May 31st, 2025 at 10am. Graveside service to follow at the Reed Hatch Memorial Cemetery in Taylor, AZ.
