Willa Nadine Annis

Willa Nadine Annis, 82, of Perry, KS, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Celebration Villa in Topeka. Willa was born October 19,1943 in Topeka, KS, the daughter of Albert Elwood and Margaret Nadine Williamson Vannattan. She was a 1961 graduate of Perry Rural High School and a 1964 graduate of Stormont-Vail School of Nursing. Willa worked in nursing for many years and served as an administrative assistant for her husband, Jack. She also worked 15 years for the Brent Company in aerial patrol, retiring in 2003. She was a longtime member of Perry United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women of the Church. Willa's biggest pride and joy was her family.

Willia married Jackie Jean "Jack" Annis on May 22,1964 in Miami, OK, he preceded her in death on December 19, 2011. She is lovingly survived by, one daughter, Theresa Frost, Topeka, one son, Curtis (Stacy) Annis, Perry, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, "PePa" Jack Annis, a son, Shawn Eugene Annis and a sister, Betty Johnson.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Barnett Family Funeral Home in Oskaloosa. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Perry, KS.
