He is preceded in death by his father, William Almond; mother, Corene Roberts; and brothers, Richard and Jackie Almond.
He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Dwayne and Kristi Almond, and Joey and Sharra Almond; siblings, Andy, Jr. (Patty) Almond, Mark (Lisa) Almond, Vama Holtzclaw, and Mary Jane Watkins; a number of nieces and nephews; along with many other loving relatives and friends.
