He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Wendyl Jay, his son William H. 'Bill' Bailey, Jr., his stepsons Aaron and Matthew Beauregard, his sister Kathy Owens, his cherished grandchildren Ashton, Willow, and loved step-grandchildren Peyton, Caleb, Adeline, Liam, and Jacob. William's vibrant spirit and loving nature will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
