What can I say...
I have known this man since the early 2000's. He effected my life both personally and professionally since day one.
I eventually ended up solving problems for him after being a agent for ReTrans.
In this industry, you meet a lot of people that want to do other things. He was never that guy.
I was requested to come to Corporate to learn a another skill. LTL. When he picked me up at the airport her told me plans have changed and I need to solve a problem when we lost an agent in OH. I spent the next hours trying to figure out how to make this work. I was really stressed... But he came to the desk and said you are going with me. I was, I don't need a drink. He was come with me.
He took me to a shooting range and we had a great hour of just shooting. Shot a gun to this day is still I goal to achieve. We were connected since then. That was 2013.
I was let go from ReTrans in 2019. He was the one that called. I didn't matter. He did his job and we were still friends.
We talked a lot and even talked to him Monday before he passed. He was good. Lots of golf.
I love this man and will honor and miss him for the rest of my life.
Stephine and Ella meant everything to him.
Please know he will never be forgotten and miss him everyday.
