To Billie Joe, family and friends: Bill was a nice, funny and cool guy. I was his Independent Living Skills trainer when he was living in his apartment.
I was lucky enough to visit him many times in the nursing home and prayed for him frequently before leaving.. I'm at peace knowing where he is!
You'll be in my prayers.....
