William H. "Bill" Todd, Jr. of Maple Shade passed away on Saturday January 18, 2025 at the age of 77. He was born in Camden, NJ on October 16, 1947 and was a resident of Maple Shade. Bill proudly served his country in the US Airforce from 1967-1971 during the Vietnam War and worked at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. He was a devoted parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church where he served as an usher. Bill was a lifetime member of the Maple Shade First Aid Squad and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council # 5714. Bill had a love for model trains, he enjoyed playing video games and working in his fairy garden.
Beloved husband of the late Judith Todd (nee Ward), loving father of Melissa "Missy" Todd and her fiance Harrison Roney, dear brother of Mary Jane (William) Badaracca, brother-in-law of Thomas and Kathleen Ward and Bob DiAntonio, cherished uncle of Donna (Al) Husenitza and Kenneth Ward II and special great uncle of Sarah, son of the late William, Sr. and Josephine Todd, brother of the late Theresa DiAntonio.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and visitation with his family on Saturday January 25th 9:30-11 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main Street, Maple Shade. Mass of Christian Burial will follow 11 AM at the church. Interment will take place on Monday January 27th in the NJ Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. For those wishing to attend the interment please meet at the MARK C. TILGHMAN FUNERAL HOME at 9:45 AM for procession to the cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Bill's name to St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital @stjude.org
