William "Bill" Albert White, 53, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 7, 1971 to Elaine (Fronzaglio) White and James P. White. Bill grew up in Harrisburg, PA with his parents and his brother, Jim. He attended Cumberland Valley High (‘89) in Mechanicsburg, PA. Bill went on to earn a BS in Business Administration (‘93) and an MBA (‘95) from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bill worked his way through school, bartending at the local watering hole where he was equally revered by Pitt students and the regulars. Bill met his ex-wife, Dina, during college and they began their careers together in West Palm Beach, FL.

Later, he was hired by First Union Bank in Charlotte, NC where he learned the fundamentals of Finance. He refined his expertise at Wachovia, Raymond James and InCapital by working hard and quickly advanced in his career.

During this time he was married, and had his sons, Dylan and Max, a home, and a beloved dog, Boomer.

In Bill’s free time, he enjoyed spending time with his boys. He coached them in baseball, took them boating on the lake, and taught them to fish. A favorite pastime of theirs was having a “Battle Royale” wrestling match.

He instilled in them a love for sports both playing and spectating. The Pittsburgh Steelers were favored as well as any teams his sons were part of that season.

There were many proud moments that Bill was fortunate to experience. He fiercely loved his boys and they meant the world to him.

The road was not always smooth but Bill did his best. He cared deeply about his friends and family and was generous to a fault.

Bill is survived by his parents, Elaine and Jim, Jim’s second wife Patti, his brother and wife, Jim and Kerri White, his Ex-wife, Dina (Corapi) White, his close friends Mike and Marnie who were with him during his last few weeks, and his Golden Retriever, Boom. Additionally survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends and associates.

Rest in Peace Bill.
