William Everett Billingsley

The water professionals of NC will miss Everett. We enjoyed many great discussions with him over the years. He was a strong supporter of the TJCOG Water Resources program and the Triangle Area Water Quality Monitoring Project. There was never a doubt about where he stood when it came to protecting water resources and planning for the future of water supply.
