Came to know Billy as a teen through his Cousin. We remained friends ever since. I can't say enough about himJust an unbelievable guy. Guys like Billy are few and far between. Gonna miss ya Billy!. If there is a Heaven, he's most definitely there.❤

I really hardly knew Billy, maybe talked a few times at Alexanders.I felt compelled to go to his wake yesterday and as I said a prayer at his coffin I felt my eyes tear up,I paid my respects too his three sons and left feeling so sad.
I guess this should explain what a wonderful guy the world lost.

Like others I met Billy many years ago and saw him at the summer picnics held at Betty and Arnies home. My deepest condolances to family. He was an gentle soul with a grand smile. Rest in your EOW my friend.

I will always remember the kind man Billy was. Growing up the summer tradition involved going to the big Aprile cookout to play scat and horseshoes at Arnie and Betty's and seeing the family. Billy was always smiling and friendly and treated everyone with respect. He was a great man and will be missed - I'm so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace.

My family has known Billy for a long time. He was a good friend and there never was a time that he didn’t have a smile on his face. He will be greatly missed by all of the people s lives he has touched over the years. Rest In Peace my friend you will be greatly missed.

Billy I remember when we were kids at Aunty Terry's fourth of July cookouts with you and Gene, Laurel and Terry Ann... I remember Aunt Priscilla and your Dad and going to visit at your house.
