William "Billy" Thomas Noel, age 80, of Crittenden, Kentucky, peacefully passed away surrounded by loved one's on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on March 2, 1945, he was the cherished son of Albert and Ruth Noel.
Billy was preceded in death by his beloved spouse, Judith Irene Noel, a child, William Thomas Noel, Jr., and both his parents, Albert and Ruth Noel. He is survived by his children, Timothy Noel, Terry Noel and Tammy Noel; and a host of grandchildren—Scotty Noel, Leroy Noel, Brandon Noel, Mathew Noel, Tonia Noel, Christopher Noel, Tyler Noel, Terry Noel, Leticia Noel, Alicia Helton, and Brianna Kidman—as well as 12 great-grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.
Throughout his life, Billy enjoyed watching television, especially old westerns and war movies, and fondly recalled his younger years spent camping around the tri-state area and fishing. He was a retired truck driver for Averitt Express.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 12:30 PM on Friday, July 25, 2025, with visitation from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Northern Kentucky Chapel, located at 4350 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018. Burial will follow at Belleview Bottoms Cemetery, Burlington, Kentucky.
