William "Keith" Borden

William "Keith" Borden, 82, of Manteo, NC, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, November 28, 2025. He passed away peacefully at his son's home in Front Royal, VA, surrounded by family.

Keith was born on November 4, 1943, in Weeksville, NC. He was the son of the late Guy Smoot Borden and Bertha Christine "Keaton" Borden.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Linda "Pugh" Borden; his daughter, Julie, and her husband, James Huff, of Manassas Park, VA; and his son, Brian, and his wife, Albertha Borden, of Front Royal, VA. He was blessed with two granddaughters he adored, Hannah Hughes and Breanna Borden.

Keith is also survived by his sister-in-law, Alberta LaBelle; two brothers-in-law, Stanley Pugh and Jerry Shaver; and his favorite cousin, Brenda Robinson and many nieces and nephews.

Keith had a deep love for fishing, hunting, and traveling, and he cherished time spent playing games with family and friends-seldom losing. He retired as a service advisor from the Sears Auto Center in Arlington, VA. After retirement, he started "Keith's" Lawn Care", serving the communities of McLean, Falls Church, Arlington, and Annandale, VA.

Funeral services will be held at Saint John's United Church of Christ in Toms Brook, VA on Sunday December 7, 2025, at 2:00pm. Pastor Joe Fleming will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Pallbearers will be Clifton Borden, Gary Freeman, Ryan Shaver, Darrell Gillespie, David Vandevender and Parker Burgess.
