William Carroll Borders, age 76, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023. He was born October 27, 1947 to the late William Paul and Maxine Smith Borders in Sumner County, TN.
He was a Veteran of the United States Army and was an aircraft mechanic for 43 years for Triumph.
He is survived by his wife, Willie Borders; children, Jacqueline McCormick and Chad Borders; grandchildren, Cullen (Stasha) McCormick, Caden McCormick, Gracen McCormick, Boston Borders, Ragan Borders and Eliza Beth Borders; and his sister, Marie (Danny) Parker.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Carson Borders; his brothers, Roger Borders and Randall Borders and his sister, Anita Griggs.
The service for Mr. William Carroll Borders will be held on Monday, at 11:00 AM at Roberts Tabernacle with Bro. Terry Bear, Bro. Ronnie Wiley and Bro. Bary Ray officiating. Interment will follow in Roberts Tabernacle Cemetery.
Visitation: Sunday, at 12:00 - 8:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home. Monday, 9:00 - 11:00 AM at Roberts Tabernacle.
