Uncle Bill bent way down low and warmingly said,"Well hi Chris!" I immediately smiled, felt safe, and excited more than ever. He wasn't a stranger, and we had never before met.
Forever smiles.
Nana had taken me with her on a summertime adventure to the mountains (!) to see them.

I remember the first time I met Bill Sr and Billy. He was such a proud, wonderful dad of Karen and Billy. He told a story of Billy in the basketball free throw contest . Amazingly he won with 100%
He loved to come to all the grandkids games. We will sure miss his smiling face and humor, especially at the holidays. We love you Bill, and your whole family.

To the family of Bill: One of my favorite persons and patients! As Ellie stated, he always had smile, or a little story to share, or joke; positive attitude, hard worker, took pride in his work, strong faith & willing to share; proud of his family--children AND grandchildren. Could be a little "ornery" at times, which made him all the more endearing. Thank you all for sharing him with the world.

Every day a joke with laughter and smiles and Denver Bronco talk with David every game. Bill was always kind and helpful.
